As long as he doesn’t do a ‘Jason Taylor’ at the SCG (from Wikipedia):

‘In January 1997, Taylor was escorted from the Sydney Cricket Ground following unruly behaviour at an Australian Cricket match. It was alleged that Taylor and some of his North Sydney teammates had been backing up from a bucks party the night before when they proceeded to urinate in plastic cups and throw it over patrons during a Mexican wave. Taylor was then axed as an Australia Day ambassador by Central Coast organisers.[16]

Great can see the newspapers tomorrow.
Manly Sea Eagle star out drinking setting a bad example while at the cricket.

A couple of drinks these days is front page news, players can't go out and enjoy themselves. As long as he doesn't carry on like a pork chop and gets blind then skulling 1 beer is no big deal.

The same scum that will run with it spend half the day at the Aurora .......... here's looking at you BUZZ

Seriously ... you need a holiday ..
Basically that video sums up bad drinking culture, drink to celebrate, drink to excess/show off, drink to make friends, instead of enjoying a mature quiet one with a meal and family.

And people wonder why the worst drinking cultures are the UK,America,Australia etc, i'm not talking about "alcohol prevalence/ consumption levels" but how we act around the drink and the glorified status of drinking to be cool.

You may be correct and the world as we know it, is at peril ... Or ... the video is simply showing a bloke having a bit of fun ...

I know "The secret to happiness is to be easily pleased" but consuming liquid as fast as possible shouldn't be fun, or considered fun.

Problem is .. that when you start taking things too seriously, and waaaaay too far, and you begin drawing lines through all non-approved activities that don't meet with your sense of gravitas and dignity ... it is not long before all you will be left with is your mothers attic and games of one handed gin rummy ..

oh man if that was the 10th schooner skulled or he does it regularly or he went out and caused trouble after - then we can't condone those behaviours and we should jump on him. But skulling one beer and you are all over him? lol unless you are the Dalai Lama maybe you shouldn't be throwing stones. I am sure there are things in your life/past that many others out there would find to be inappropriate or questionable. I don't drink and haven't for over 20 years - not because of any issue other than having a headache the next day. But I see absolutely nothing wrong with him skulling an ale for a bit of fun. Get off your high horse and when you do.... give yourself an uppercut lol.

Cheers to that one
