There's never been a safer bet for Lock of the Year but does BK have a chance to win the gold?

I reckon he does c_eagle. Even in a beaten team, who has been touted as best on field NUMEROUS times. I'm so sick of 1/2 backs getting it.

By FAR, Kennedy has been the player of the year. It's not just his game play, but his ability to lift the WHOLE side.

Put it this way, This is how important & valuable Kennedy is:- In the Sunday Telegraph today, the Australian selection commity are saying that if he is selected - he HAS to go on tour unless he puts in his formal letter of resignation ASAP.

The points tend to go to players on teams that win. We didn't do much of that in the last 10 weeks. Thurston went off the boil as well so it is anyone's guess.

My tip is that he will go very close. He would have picked up points both last week and this week. Several Tigers will go close as their form over the last 10 weeks has been sensational.

Unfortunately for the Tigers, too many players have stood up. With the Knights, if they win, Joey gets 3 points. If the Tigers win, it could go to Prince, Benji, Hodgeson or whoever else.

Good point. In BKs favour is that no other Manly players have put their hands up for points either! BK or the Bush!!!
