Not such a bad idea. In saying that I’d drop Brbo & Jrbo to the bench. This love affair the club has with these two guys who offer zero on the field has become a joke. Brbo is not a 1st grade player, Jrbo has given his all & is burnt out. At seasons end get Jrbo onto the defense coaching staff! It’s time!

To be honest our primary concerns at the moment is to get a owner who cares about the success of the club, to get a coach that knows what success looks like, a captain who wants to be at the club and a superstar who can last more than one game.

So I guess our lock options can be reviewed after then. At least we have our fan base. Go manly

I prefer Navale or even Tevaga, we had a small line up on when Sipley was off & we were rolling through the middle with quick play the balls. We need more of that before spreading it out wide

Yep, we have a depressingly long laundry list of problems, but a good coach solves a lot of ills. Surely the Clearys are looking for a new challenge. Offer them shares in the joint if that’s what it takes. Name a stand after them.

Manly lost our ability to know what it takes to win a premiership when Bozo passed away. We need to bring someone in who has rugby league sense (ie Gould, Bennet, Politis, Ponissi etc). We operate like a car with no keys. Can sit in it all you like you’re not going anywhere.

I think we will see how Cleary goes now that the current infrastructure is failing and Gould and Cirraldo aren’t there to assist in steadying the ship. His big test starts now imo.

He didn’t exactly cover himself in glory during his last tenure.

Much like his time as a SoO selector, his time back at Manly included a number of missteps.

How many teams in the NRL would Crocker replace their no 13 ?
The answer is None .
Why ? Because the former half and makeshift hooker does not have the dynamics to make a dynamic 13
Speaking of Dynamics . Seibold has not been able to get Jake playing to the SOO ferocity level that his State of origin coaches have .
The sad truth is also that Jake is a year older and his aging is showing on the field
He is so slow that the defense moves up on him quicker than his pedestrian hit ups
He is still a strong head on defender but laterally his slow reflexes are very challenging to him
He has the will and the heart to keep giving his all . But the team need much more that the marquee leader is offering .
