But as a coach you've got what you've got. The best coaches typically aren't the best players eg Bennet, Bellamy. They work with the players they have to create a game plan that will beat whoever they are playing on the day. Stuart see his halves and 2nd guesses any decision they made against what he would've done in the same situation, and sacks, drops or trades any that don't think the same as him. I think it effects his coaching as I reckon he plans the game as thought he will be the half and when the real half doesn't execute as he would've he blames that player for the loss instead of the faulty game plan that he came up with, if that makes sense.
