Maybe, we might have to be content with finishing 4th in the regular season and getting knocked out in straight sets in the finals? Let's hope this isn't the case.

Probably already mentioned that we have only beat 2 teams in the current top 8. Parra & Sharks. Hopefully that won't go against the team in the finals? Canberra loosing last night is probably a good omen for the team not to meet them in the finals, since they played tough against Manly in both matches this year.

Yeah that’s true. But we played roosters, souths and Penrith pretty early on in the season before we hit our straps.

Manly was never going to meet Canberra in the finals. What’s with all the negativity? We have done well to date but we aren’t done yet.

Should be rested surely, he makes our best 17 every day of the week. Even though he's picked up form he has been ill-disciplined lately and we can't afford him copping a suspension before finals.

After our win against Parra in Round 2 I have been comfortably numb. Whatever else happens is the icing on the cake. I am loving season 2021!

If the Storm lose two in a row you definitely know two things

1) they’ve tanked
2) they’re scared of Manly

Obviously any thoughts Des may have had of resting players from the game went out the door when the Roosters spanked the Raiders. If Parra won and we lost we would be sixth. Not acceptable I'd say. Des will rest some late in the game if Manly fly ahead. Then its a question regarding who they play. Certainly most probably the Storm but as I've said I wouldn't be surprised if Bennett plays a swifty to avoid playing Manly and gifts the Panthers the minor premiership. Doubtful, but the Storm will have less problems with the Bunnies sans Latrell than a Turbo charged Sea Eagles.

Well wrong again Bearfax. The Storm got the Minor Premiership and as long as Manly win they will contest the semi next week. Worth a thought though.
