I certainly don't agree with it but Todd came out and said 'ah yeah, cronulla were over for all the years surrounding their premiership year, but were amazingly under for that year. Premiership stands.

I recall reading that they had been over but at the time of the grand final they had managed to balance their books, if it had been us we would probably be playing out of Perth by now
