From 2013, the Melbourne side will most likely be known as the Melbourne Cheetahs. Although Gerbils is in strong consideration.
Canterbury-Bankstown will not be overhauled entirely as they are widely known as 'dogs' keeping in line with the guidelines. However, the official name, The Canterbury Bulldogs, will be changed to the Bankstown Bitches.
