Little bit of background on this one. My mother forwarded this on to me. She finally became an Australian citizen this year after leaving pommy land in ‘66. They had the ceremony at Adelaide town hall on Australia Day. She said an Asian lady that was part of the ceremony came up and said you have to watch this now to be real Australian. My mother said she had a laugh, but thought to herself, I’ve got a son in Qld that would deem some of this as gospel.

Haven’t heard of this guy before. Laughed my arse off. I think it helped that he does it shirtless,( for those of us , of the rotund figure, this guy rocks it all out there.....he’s my hero)

Very good ... in fact my Dad did his time before the war as an Engineering Patternmaker in the Clyde shipyards .... the same one that Billy Connolly worked in as a teenager ..... and their ascents were identical .... up until the age of 8, I still spoke with a broad Glaswegian brogue ....
