Coach still has it

Des has copped it from a few people here recently, but deserves massive credit for getting our boys up yesterday when all the 'experts' had them written off.

All the youngsters did so well, and our experienced guys really put in . . . but that performance would simply not have been possible if our coach didn't still have what it takes. There is another premiership left  in the old fox yet, mark my words!

A lot of posters here have for some time been calling for Des to use more of the younger players in first grade and he was forced to this week because of injury and suspension.  And look at the result.

The older players now also know that there is now real pressure on their postions each week becasue the young guys are now ready to step up.

Great for the club.
