Not as serious as the papers made it out to be& how do you know it’s fact & the club was not informed?
F#ck me they weren't there...does it matter, do you need to be informed on common courtesy... this is in honour of a guy that bled for manly and won 2 premierships and is fighting for his life.
Do you really need advice on something like this....??????? Leadership is something this team lacks big time.

Yeah, its not as serious, but the club have long known the etiquette when playing for the Mal Reilly and Steve Rogers trophy, its not like this was new to them and they were unsure of what happens
I didn't mean that the players asked for advice. What I meant was, they were advised by someone in the club to start heading to the sheds, which yeah, it's an average look.
Just me though, Im not super outraged.

i heard an interview with his son, he said mal has also got dementia, so each time he gets a letter/card wishing him well they have to explain to him about the cancer.
he only spoke out to ask people to stop sending 'get well' cards.
