That was the game where Manly (who won) were wearing Marvel jumpers in Parramatta colours. An absurd decision.

I remember standing up on the new Hasbeen Hill section (in front of the northern extension of the JT stand), watching some deluded fool walking around proudly in his faux Faecalmatta jumper. I thought, ‘How much money did you blow on that stupid, one off, marketing decision?’

Probably sealed the fate of the then CEO, who from memory didn’t last much longer.

After attendances this year, Penn and Mestrov must be expecting full houses at each home game, and providing the weather is good. Flegg, NSW Cup and then 1st grade, fans will pack the place.

After a good effort from the media team last year to keep us level with the best clubs regarding info,it is a step down this year.
So many puff pieces about the draw blah blah whilst ignoring some signings etc....
Last year they also named the junior summer squads on Nov 9 and here we are 23rd of Nov and nothing.
Pull your finger out and do your job in the offseason,not really that hard to do what you are paid to do.......

The current level of information is roughly commensurate with Peter’s traditional ‘dial it in/let them eat cake’ approach to the fans.

Did i read we were close to 20,000 members. Thats a huge improvement. Given every game is going to be close to a sell out. We should exceed that mark comfortably. Shame we cant get around 22,000 - 25,000 into a game.
