On a more strategic note, has anyone heard anything about the voting result re: the proposed LC merger with the Chatswood Club?

The latter had their AGM over a week ago, but have been understandably tight-lipped, until Manly had theirs. Manly Leagues held their AGM last night.

Thanks very much to Manly for inviting members to the Captain's Run prior to our Members' Round 3 game tomorrow. Despite it running late and finishing late, I say better late than never. Just appreciated being at Brookie, watching the boys train and the players did an unofficial signing afterwards. They were all very obliging, well-mannered and thanked us for being there to support them. We were also given some player posters for Members' Round, which I'd say will be available at the game. Well done and Go Manly!
