A complete BEAST! I hope he's finally learnt how big, powerful and destructive he can be and starts running from deep.

Agree Bozo. Sad thing is it was also Ola who was receiving balls from almost standing starts. Is that a coached thing, because Brown is certainly not taking notes. You would think after watching what Brown did last year bending the line and with us the fans loving it, our big boys would at least run from deeper and make more impact. Look at NAS at the storm, most of his running game is from deep.Old Man Brown is half the size of him and runs as far back as the fence
and this Brute of a bloke trots at the line
and So does Million dollar Jake
Why cant all our forwards be like the Old Man and run at the opposition from the back fence ?
This is the question I would like someone to ask Seibold

A similar thing can be said for Turbo.Haumole is a heavily marked player and has been for a while so unless there has previously been some good go forward , not that easy to always bust through a defence .
Same with late switches , usually off D C E , can not be that that deep and mainly depending on an oppositions defence being not that well set and on the back foot .
As far as Paseka is concerned , probably will help with regular crisp and smart delivery from the 9 .
Can be a damaging unit and usually does real well in previous circumstances but most opposition packs and props are hardly small also and to be always expected to bust the line
Can see where you are coming from thereA similar thing can be said for Turbo.
Our impact players can't add maximum value if the players around them are being passengers with a "pass it to the big kid" mentality.
Paseka needs a bit of NAS's agro at the line.Haumole is a heavily marked player and has been for a while so unless there has previously been some good go forward , not that easy to always bust through a defence .

Actually, more concerned with the other prop "s input .Paseka needs a bit of NAS's agro at the line.
Could this be the year that Paseka realizes his undoubted potential, and takes the game by the scruff of the neck.
Very true, although, did see a pic of Alioia going flat out at training, and with not a bandage in sight.Actually, more concerned with the other prop "s input .
Bully can do some real good things but not a starting prop to try and get some ascendancy in the ruck area .
Jake, Mr Reliable there and very solid but not much more Alioia , the majority of the time injured or carrying injuries .
Looks like much depending on Sipley, Tavega and Taukeiaho holding up

Sips is looking fit. He has started a couple of recent seasons well and then had a setback with injury. I know some think he's past it but I'm looking forward to see how he goes in the trial and hopefully injury free. It’s not a trail
Its a opportunity

Agree, however it's about time Aloiai "holds up". I know it's been said before but with the $ he's on we should be able to depend on him too. Has the potential but delivered so little. It's now or never for Aloiai.Actually, more concerned with the other prop "s input .

On Aloiai he has been a disappointment as a replacement for AFB, I have Tent, Lodge and Bully all in front of him based on last season.Agree, however it's about time Aloiai "holds up". Would like to think Lodge will also add to our props' strength.
He appeared to be our first choice prop going into Vegas last year, but did a crusher on Dom Young in that first trial, got suspended, and then didn't start a game until Round 15... And then was immediately injured in that game. Story of his career.Sips is looking fit. He has started a couple of recent seasons well and then had a setback with injury. I hope he can return to his late 2023 form. If he has a strong pre-season, and can beat Aloiai coming off the injury into the #10 jersey in Round 1, I think he's in for a good year. I always thought he was better suited as a starter, than as a bench forward, and hence can't break into the NRL pack well from the bench.
