Our ocean surface temperatures are getting warmer and this is confirmed by reliable data compiled over 100 years. This is why the ice caps are melting at a rate of 12% per decade and storms are more ferocious and unpredictable. But hey there is no such thing as climate change and the world is flat.

The sea levels rose really quickly about 100,000 years ago but I suppose cavemen wouldn't have had good enough technology to run clean efficient cars
 

Can climate science attribute economic damage to major polluters​

Surely everyone that used the energy that created the pollution is just as culpable, as well as anyone that consumed anything produced using said energy. I think the safest course is to simply sue each other into oblivion, starting with the descendants of the cavemen (or if you prefer, cavepersons) who recklessly lit fires to cook their dinner. The first eco terrorists have escaped responsibility long enough.
