I’m going off the several times I met him. And also @Mark from Brisbane s interaction with him in the travelling supporters days. I only heard good things about him from Mark.

It’s good that he dealt with fans in a civil and friendly manner. How he performed elsewhere in other facets of the CEO role is the issue.
