Be interesting to see who they bring in (or up?). Des comes across as an exceptional man manager who players love playing for, but I'm not sure he's keeping up with modern tactics and game plans. Would love someone to come in with a bit more feel for the modern game. Still want Des calling the shots but would just like a bit of an injection of fresh ideas.

Might be a bit too crazy for Des but it would add some out of the box thinking especially in attack.

Feel as though Cartwright was kept on due to signing an extension before TBagz left. But in anycase the last major part of Barretts tenure is on his way out.
