Hi guys, the old goose has written some crap today that he tried to push last night on 360 about Manly's salary cap.
Please don't give it any traffic. The guy is a gossip merchant and honestly knows nothing about the game. He's just the last man standing after decent writers like Frilingos are sadly no longer at News to give it any semblance of credibility.
He is trying to say Manly's salary cap is out of whack. Well I counted seven players that would have started ahead of players out their on Friday and one was Turbo, due to injury. Blacktown is in the top five, and Seibold is in his first year with another coaches squad.
Oh and if you get a chance to listen to his appearance on James Graham's podcast you will hear the truly awe inspiring, almost mythic origin story of our noble scribe...Yes as a cadet, young Buzzard regales us with the heroic story of when he stayed behind after all the other journos at the paper had gone home for the night, and he, fearlessly sneaked to a desk and copied the numbers of players, coaches, administrators from a hard won and closely guarded contacts list in an address book of another journalist who had put in the time and the effort over many seasons.
DONT CLICK.
