Definitely should challenge this, nothing to lose everything to gain, think we need him against the dogs, great effort from Jazz last night, but he was doing it tough towards the end of the game, dogs will be a step up in pace and Jazz 80 mins back to back might just be too much of an ask.

Surely there can be an independent medical assessment and request to play off the back of it.

@TJ55 Not sure of your age but I was there for that game , an absolute travesty as the game was largely won by a try by you guys after a 7 tackle set.

That wasn’t the only score but it was a very very tight game until that point with the half time score being 6-4.

Andrew Ryan ( a young fella from Moree , whom I knew personally ) was playing centre for you guys and on the last tackle screamed down the right flank and almost made it.

Everyone thought it was the end of the set and a changeover , and as Andrew got up he saw Eddie Ward waving his arm for the last tackle so played the ball and one of your second rowers grabbed the ball and dived over , without a Manly player even attempting a tackle.

It really broke their hearts ( Manly ) and you went on to score again with Baa Baa Lamb also slotting a field goal at the end.

Of course back then , no bunker , no challenge.

One of the ones that sadly got away.

Funnily enough I saw Andrew years later at a Moree footy reunion and reminded him of it , he laughed and said “ Yep we got away with that one didn’t we “.

Yep and that was all after the first Dogs try off a 2m forward pass that was let go.
And early on Cliffy put Beaver through a huge hole and he was try bound until Terry Lamb, who had been so far offside he had been level with the previous play the ball, took Beaver down. Sure he got 10 minutes in the bin, but that early try would've sparked the nervous young Manly team on their way.
