With Haumole back a right edge of DCE, Olakau'atu, Turbo and Saab with Hoppa out the back could be absolutely devastating......if it all clicks and they dont get in each others way.

Gonna be some try scorer bets down that way from me I reckon

I feel manly get carried away after big wins like the win they had last week against the Storm, and start to believe in the hype that starts to surround them, and then fall hopelessly flat the next week.

Lets see how they back up this week
Agree. Whilst that win might have helped their confidence, it might also have overdone their confidence. I hope they haven't been watching the media too much this week.
I also hope they're really focused on the task of beating the Dogs and not on all the hype and
pre-game festivities.

Not in the decisive stakes category [ well not on present indications ] like that knockout match last year ] but does have a bit of a semi final feel about it .
On paper or even form wise , Manly should be more then capable of getting the points and can only expect them to be up for the challenge.
No doubt the Dogs will be out to make a statement as well but only have to naturally look at the dog fight so to speak with the sides vying for a finals play off position to appreciate just how significant the 2 points will be for Manly ' s finals prospects .

Surely by now the Doggies are starting to believe all the hype. Really, they'll only have to turn up in order to beat inconsistent Manly.

(and hopefully by the time they realise they aren't quite as good as the pundits think, and Manly are a bit better than the pundits think... it will be too late!) @:D@:D@:D

They'll be up for this one, the Dogs.

I'm marginally scared of the Dogs, I'm more scared of Klein. He loves a storyline. He's a game manager more than a referee, and always referees with an inherent bias towards who "should" win. E.g. Origin over the past couple of years. Expect our offsides to be about 5 metres longer than the Dogs.

I don't exactly blame him, and I don't think he's instructed to do so, it's simply because money talks in the NRL. Anyone in his situation probably acts the same. KPI's and whatnot.

We just need a similar level of commitment that we had against the Storm. We weren't "supposed" to win last week, either. It was their old boys day, as well.

DCE maintaining the style that has worked the last few weeks. The edges using their advantage over Tuala and an underdone Xerri. The forwards using their size advantage. That should be enough to do it.

Of all things I've seen censored, "idiot" is an interesting one!

Next up I'll have to censor st*pid.
What about what's he's going on about, could have just said nothing trying to b funny. Bagging human rights is something u should b censoring, idiot depend what the conversation is about.

In my part it is silly, why, no need to b like that specially one of our players or anyone matter fact. Many are agreeing with me but I don't care so up to you, after all it's a chat line agree or disagree..
