Bulldogs are shopping around James Graham, Moses Mbye, The morris twins and Greg Eastwood. Anyone interested in any of these blokes? Personally I think Graham would be a great pick up, he may be old but we need experience for our young side with the amount that has gone the last couple of years. He suits manly also, hes got that aggressive manly man edge about him. Under Barrett hed be able to throw the ball around more than Des is letting him with our off the cuff ad lib footy hed be in his own. Hes not a plodder either, he bends the line, workhorse in defence also. Imagine our pack with a ball playing prop in the middle, wed be dangerous everywhere in every spot. Get it done Bozo.

The Morris brothers aren’t on that much but their deals are also back-ended and upwards of $700,000 per season.

Mbye is on close to $800,000 while Eastwood is the doozy of the lot.

The one-time Kiwi international is also on around the $800,000 mark next season.😱

And thats the dogs problem. Players wont leave for less and they all cant stay for overs.

good depth signings to cover injuries, pay them 100K a year, dogs can top up the rest.

An opinion (obv) but I don't think Manly are going to sign any 'old war horses' like Lewis or graham or jwh.
I think Manly are looking towards the future and also don't want to bring in anyone who 'may' disturb dce's leadership. It's his team and they don't want to risk bringing in someone who may want to run things "their"way.

Just a thought....possibly (probably) wrong.

For 5/600k maybe. Not worth anything remotely close to $1m.
He's past it unfortunately. He got trampled by Brown when they played Parra. He's an injury away from retirement.

Would be better fit for Newcastle.

Yeah he's showed that he's past it of late, although getting dominated by Brown may have been due to the slippery wet, which he revealed he didn't play well in countless times in that game. I would only want him if we hadn't signed Tagatese, but seeing Tagatese is coming we don't need too many more old heads like Graham, especially not ones on big contracts

Would be happy with Graham, still plays good footy and would plug the middle up a bit more where we have been a bit weak defensively

The Morris twins, 3 years past the point where you'd pay big money for them, both still very good NRL players but not at a high price. If we make the stupid move of not resigning Taufua I'd happily take Brett, but hopefully we won't be that stupid to let Jorge go

Not everyone would be with me here, but I'd happily take Hopoate back at the right price, he hasn't kicked on to the levels expected since returning to league but still plays well, and in terms of covering fullback, wing and centre, he'd be a step up on Wright, although his price would be too

Heard on the radio whilst driving home thisarve the dogs are one of 11 clubs who may have to release players to be under next year's cap. Des was quoted as saying dogs fans can be assured foran and woods will still be at the kennel in 2018.

They dont have 5 decent players in their roster.

Des has accumulated the absolute biggest load of garbage in the NRL.

Klemmer and Jackson are the only decent players they have. No halves, no hookers, the slowest backs in the nrl, front rowers who have not run through the line for 3 seasons.
