So apparently he wasn't even allowed on the flight to begin with as he was making too much noise...
I work in the travel industry and hear all the stories.... I'm yet to hear of anyone not being allowed to board due to making too much noise before even getting on the plane.

The Daily Telegraph’s Paul Kent told NRL 360 that the Roosters claim their star forward was “just laughing loudly,” but Ray Hadley isn’t buying it.
“The Roosters say he was just laughing loudly. We understand he had a few drinks and the flight crew took him off,” Kent said.

An investigation found that Radley was in a rowdy group who had been drinking all day, but that he was not the main perpetrator.
The Integrity Unit checked with airline security and received two emails from passengers indicating another person in his party behaved like an idiot and caused the entire group to be removed from the plane before takeoff.
Radley received an official warning letter from NRL chief executive Andrew Abdo but no suspension or fine
