Bronson Xerri: Ban over. Off to Dogs?

Suspended NRL player Bronson Xerri has set himself a new sporting challenge while he serves out his four-year doping ban: he wants to try and make it in the NFL.

Xerri has taken small steps towards that goal, touching base with at least one player agent with connections in the sport. Pacific Sports Management – the company that set another former Sharks star, Valentine Holmes, on his way to the US to try his hand at American football – will need to play a key role in his attempt to make it. The boss of that company, Chris Orr, is aware of Xerri’s desire to try to make it in the US.

His ban covers sports that are signatories to the World Anti-Doping Authority, but the NFL is not bound by the WADA code, meaning Xerri is free to try his hand at American football.
Good for him... there should be more opportunities and support provided to drug-taking cheats...

Jeez they’ve spent some $$$$$ , seemingly it’s bottomless!!!
Hardly think Xerri would be busting the cap and the Dogs have shown they’ve had enough of mediocrity. Not sure that mediocrity will be fully vanished whilst they still have Flanagan as halfback but at least they’re trying to turn it around

Saw this thread revived and was praying it wasn’t us offering him a gig… especially with Flanno here……

Shane Flannelette might be gone to another club if another head coach falls over.

Or he could be staying at Manly, if Seibloldandthebeautiful falls over.
