6.45pm kick off for the Manly game. 8.30pm for Titans/Bulldogs. They make it look live and not put more than 1 ad in like normal.

EDIT: ok so Ticketek says 7pm kick off but I heard it was 6.45.. little confused now lol

This was one of the hurdles in the tv rights negotiations - the lack of natural ad breaks like in the AFL.

They could use the scrum for ads as nothing happens there worth watching.

Originally it was meant to kick off at 6:30, then 6:45 now everything including he NRL site has 7PM.
The later the better for me, I am leaving Hervey Bay at midday to get down there, it's a good 5 hour drive to get there if I am lucky, so need to get there, check in then get to the Caxton if there is enough time, or leave my wife to check in and get her to drop me straight there.

TBH I don't see what the big deal is. Channel 9 show the game "as live" with no more ads than the regular 7:30 games.

Yeah in all my years watching league ive never watched a delayed manly game without knowing the score. I cant do it.
