It will come as little surprise to some that I am ENTP though I feel more introverted these days, but that is more likely my entp arrogance about others

I dont fit neatly into one of those areas but ENTP was the one I came out of when my work put us through the full Myers Briggs training

Yeah it depends on the situation I am in. I tend to mask given the situation.

If I sit in the office in Sydney and do the test, I come out ENTP because that is my business personality, quite firm in leadership and very much based on what is fair and just.

However I just ran through an online, one granted in about 5 minutes rather than the 15 to 30 it should take and came out INTJ.

Since moving up here, and I think part of the reason I wanted to move so much is that I am not the Extrovert I use to be. When in the company of others, such as friends in BBQ's etc. I will again slip into my masked personality type and be part of centre stage. However I prefer to do my own thing, but still enjoy having people around. Having Leanne in my life who is a classic Extrovert means, I don't have to be the leader or extrovert as much, which sort of aligns with INTJ

I may sit and do the testing again on the weekend in a quieter, spare time atmosphere and see what I actually come out as.

Problem is you sit it enough times you understand what part the question is getting at and you tend to be dishonest with yourself

Makes Sense, its interesting to note that many people also change personality types depending on which environment there in. For example many people will of course have different personalities from work and at home, from socialising with friends to fmaily and even those on online forums such as these, some become more aggresive or more subdued than there norm.

  Are you sure you're not INFJ the egragrious introvert?  Perhaps when you're testing your answers are being coloured by the Aussie male stereotype and it's steering you towards the "T"?

Having seen you in a few different scenarious I reckon you lean towards F more than you may care to admit.

moving this to general discussion now.

It is a requirement in my workplace to go through the testing, it apparently helps us associate with the people we work with better, it more just makes us look down on the people with weak personalities 🙂
