Blacktown Workers

I know it would make many happy, personally I have no issue either way,I think the alliance with Blacktown is being phased out anyway.
The coach is appointed by Manly.
We have a Shield side now, with Flegg and Ball players getting experience playing against men.
We have 5 or so guys each year on T&T contracts adding depth.
We are starting to use the better Flegg players as depth.
I think there have only been around 7 Blacktown players who have actually played in the side this year.
Would not surprise if it ends next year unless the club continues to get some financial benefit out of it.

As I've been banging on for years... what happened to the relationship we had with the Canterbury region in NZ? That made sense. The region is rich in rugby talent and we could have taken one or two matches a season there to foster some NZ fans.
