Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles continued their charge to the NSW Cup finals with an impressive 28-12 victory over the Newtown Jets at Henson Park today.

Let’s hope he starts ( he won’t), probably won’t play. But, harbour bridge passes, behind the player passes and complete lack of ruck domination all lead to a team under constant pressure. Also leads to a hooker having a high tackle count which people keep babbling on about.Don’t get me wrong , Croker has a heap of heart, but that doesn’t cut it at an elite level.

People rave on about the amount of tackling Croker does (which is admirable), but the other hookers on other teams do just about the same amount of tackling. It's like the Croker fan club doing some kind of magic card trick to make you think the tackling he does is so special or exceptional that he doesn't need any other attribute to be a hooker.
