With Ballin going to the Tigers, and Taupau coming to us.

and

JSL going to the sharkies, and rumours of Skivvi going there aswell, Can we still afford Jack Bird?

Remember the club as shed about 14 players,so me thinks there's enough cash in the till to go after bird,he would be the last missing piece in the puzzle, then happy times again,we are manly the greatest club, the only way is up.eagles4everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Interesting reading the Sharkies supporters group comments as of only 2-3 days ago. They are also talking about Bird and Matai and the likelihood of a swap. Some are in favour. Some actually suggest they have enough depth at 5/8 and dont see Bird as the best 5/8 option. Bird's face book says little other than he's excited about playing League and as of a month ago it was considered a done deal that he would sign an extension by the end of October. The mystery continues

The poor old sharkies forum. They are still thinking they still a chance to win the competition in 2014.

Oh I don't know, the NRL seems to want fairy tale finishes lately. Souffs, the banana GF. If the rumours that next year will be Paul Gallen's last are true, what price the Sharks getting the blind mice treatment from the refs and going all the way in 2016?

I hope not. Keeping the Sharks down in GF's is a long and proud tradition at Manly. I don't want us or anyone else stuffing that up.
