Big Haumole into Top 30

Sounds like he is going to get a run round 1 with the Bunnies....will be interesting to see how he goes

Ramien, Gutherson, JWH
or
Knight, Charlie Taylor, Pearsell etc
I think you will find Knight to have a decent season 2019 mate....training well and will be coming off the bench....good luck to him, just hope they hide the fly spray

TBH, I haven't eaten in two days. Trying to shred this week. Might be why!
Just eat tuna... rice... eggs... even a bit of low fat steak... starving yourself is definitely not the way to go champ. Increase the cardio by going on a 5km run... do that every day for a month and you’ll have much better, long lasting results than attempting to fast your way to a more defined physique.

Yeah still young for a prop so has time on his side to turn it around

Explosive training - sprints are great ways to get a rip....definately starvation is a massive No, no.

I mean......this is a stupid post and I can't believe I'm actually going to do a projected Yart as not everyone steps up and players come and go but in 3-4 years you could have a

Better still, go to Sea Eagles training Ryan and let it be known you are the Ryan who posts such inflammatory commentary on the players. That will get your heart racing and your legs moving!

Ramien? You must be thinking of someone else on the boards. He plays for The Knights or Sharks or someone doesn't he?
Gutherson on the other hand, was already getting established, had raw talent. Massive loss. Would you have Ramien or Gutherson over Suli, Parker, Elliott & others? I would. Heck, I'd have Gutherson in there over Elgey & Hodkinson

Who the HELL is Olokau'atu?
Agree about gutho.

Guaco has great potential. Much better, and more financially prudent, to cultivate him than buy a known First Grader because this guy could be a superstar.
We have several of the winning 2017 Under 20s coming through our NRL squad, plus younger juniors such as Hoppa, Turbo Jrn and Schuster.
This should be the start of a stellar period for Manly provided we can keep them.
Get on board Ryan!
What I love is the 20's a being blooded at the same time. They will be green, but look out.

Yes mate, I'll be sure and do that. Just for you. If that's what makes you happy.

Love how if you don't know a player they are automatically rubbish.

Haumole was one of the stars of our 2017 Holden Cup team that include Fainu, Funa, Cust etc. From the games I saw you could argue he is the most talented of them all. Natural footballer great offload.

The reason you didn't hear about him last year is that he got injured and missed the season but he is highly rated.

I personally expect him to feature this year and then really start to make a mark in 2020. We are on the verge of some of these real talented youngsters contributing in a big way (Hoppa, Olakauatu, Fainu, Cust, Funa, Metcalfe, Schuster, Trbojevic). Not all will make it but that bunch reminds me of when Buhrer, DCE, Foran JWH came through together and they worked out okay.

Our 2017 holden cup victorious grand final winning Sea eagles

Sit back and enjoy feathered friends . Watch our rising stars in action !

Try not to starve your self mate . Your body needs nutrition to function properly .

Eat your veggies and fruits , fish and lean meats ., Try and drink plenty of water

Cut out Sugar drinks , fast fried food , white bread , confectionery , pastries , not too many carbs

Do not have any late meals just before going to bed

Stay active . You do not have to join a gym as many find gym work outs boring .

Get into the habit of doing activities that you enjoy like ,cycling , going for walks with your pet or friend , Swimming , tennis , playing footy with your kids in a park . All up to you .

There are plenty of options to keep active and fitter .

Good luck feathered friend

Winterstein was much maligned here. But he had experience. He had a good defensive mindset. Not the greatest attacker, but played is role.

Lose him, sure, but come Manly, have a replacement
Wasnt he let go ,because Waddell has massive wraps and huge potential, and has overtaken him in the line up ?
Winterstein had regressed to surplus
