Why do we persist in picking the human volcano Dunley when we have a much better player, tackler, runner, ball player with a calm head in Ballin?

Why do we have Willo on the bench when our backrow are all 80 minute players and Cuthbertson is capable of covering both the back and front row?

Des obviously has a strategy which includes Willo. The plan is to get in the lead with 20 minutes to go, then bring on Willo to tackle ferociously for the last quarter and take the pressure off our tiring forwards.
