An unbelievable night. 2011 whilst special it really was ours to lose, in 2008 I was hoping we could sneak a win or not be smashed like in 07. At 24 nil I was almost pinching myself, but still thinking, surely the storm are going to come home strong and make this close.

2008 was truly perfection personified.

In that cycle, if you blood youth those ordinary years build experience, self belief, character. Last year we had one of the comps oldest squads, this year we would be one of the youngest. We need to be patient , but we will be back.
