As much as it sounds crazy, I’d go with Hook.
I thought Holbrook, however, I think he’d want to much control.
Hook would be good, because the players would respect he has been around for years. He is liked by players and he has actually had success (except Dragons - but even they like and respect him).
If we are after Fifita, we go Holbrook, and let Haumole go with his family to the Tigers.

Boulous seems to have have done a fair job at Blacktown. Had better cattle to work with then coaches in previous years. But still a fair job.
