Growing up in the Hills, you should know by now that a lot of professionals such as myself live there. Plenty, Hills residents are wealthy. Anyway, Centrelink offices are everywhere. I've never once have been on the dole. I'm actually a tax specialist having worked on James & Kerry Packer Group of companies, ING, etc when I used to be with Ernst & Young (Now EY) I now run my own tax practice. I don't mean to boast but this stereotyping based on where someone lives are so backward thinking. So Corny. Having said this, GO YOU MIGHTY EELS.
It’s ok mate you don’t need to inflate your sense of self. We really don’t care. “I don’t mean to boast but.........” you will anyway.

The Wooden spoon is the benchmark of mediocrity

Knowing your love of accuracy, I feel compelled to correct you .

mediocrity would be coming about 7th, 8th or 9th ... the word mediocrity literally means being of intermediate between two extremes .. a mean if you like .

Mediocre means simply being of average quality .. and of course a mediocracy is a caste or social society where mediocre is most prevalent ...

So, in summary, wooden spoons are not the benchmark of mediocrity ... or even the result of a mediocracy ... they are more the awarded proof for the continual and determined demonstration of abject uselessness ...

Now you have me feeling very bad WM ... I am certain those Biblical scholars amongst us are better able to advise you than I ... but my understanding is that to get into heaven you need to get past a bloke called Pete with a ledger of your crimes ...

You were already at very long odds of getting in wearing an Eels beanie .. I'm not certain being a tax agent will help your cause any better ...

We all know and NRL History knows that The Hills Generation are Wooden spoon professionals .

Not one But 14 wooden spoons 1947, 1952, 1954, 1956, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1970, 1972, 2012, 2013, 2018

You are very good at what you do Slimy
The best in the business . True wooden spoon Professionals

Most of us brilliant, charismatic true Parra Supporters live in the Hills. Our training ground is in Kellyville. I never go to those Red Neck areas such as Granville, Blacktown, etc. I actually like the Northern Beaches and have an investment property there in which I will live in when I retire in 25 years' time. The Northern Beaches need people like me to increase the average IQ level in that area by at least 20%
When "actually" is used in a reply it usually means they are talking shyte.

Manly is gentrifying Blacktown for the greater good at the moment, increase the property values just by our mere presence in the area then sell up right before the bubble bursts so Blacktown can govern themselves again and reclaim their false hope bogan culture.

I found one block of land for sale near Manly 638m square metres, with 0 views - 2.5 million

I found many, many available blocks of land in Parramatta's greater region, I thought I'd increase the land size to 830m square to be fair to you, yet $636,900 was the guide.

2,500,000 for 638m square or $3,918.50 per square metre on the Northern Beaches
636,900 for 830m square or $767.35 per square metre in Parramatta

Thought's?
Both over valued

Ok, Des is originally from the Western Suburbs ie a PenWiff boy. Also, your feeder club is Blacktown. So you are a Westie club, technically lol. Bloody Westies lol. You're more Westie than Parra. Bloody red necks. The silver tails have become fibro. Well when I pass through your area, the houses are fibro lol. Oh, the irony. What has your club become? A fibro version of the mighty eels? We're rich from Bella Vista, Dural, etc. LOL, LOL, LOL, LOL;)

Good game... We are quite hospitable here so you get another chance on August 14
