Im looking for an article from 1996 im pretty sure Peter Moore was on the cover or was quoted. Where he admits rorting the salary cap in 1995 by signing Rod Silva Mid season. Would be great if someone had this.

A quick Google search found it available at Dan's NRL collectables- Ugly head of Bullfrog on cover with the title "Peter Moore's RORT- How the bulldogs bent the rules to win the last Winfield Cup". Available for $3 if you are interested.
