Seibold is smart because he is wants to continue learning. I expect he will take the opportunity to learn from Flannagan as well utilising his player management skills. Smart is not thinking you know everything. I hope he can get his players to follow instructions and game plans on the field and play disciplined, patient and well structured footy.
