Years ago, before he went to the Knights, I thought Klemmer might have been a good buy for us, but now? I mean, this has to be a piss-take, doesn't it?

Aloiai was an amateur boxer and has never had a professional fight, so I reckon he’d struggle to give a seasoned professional like Gallen a good thumping…this is a guy that just won a fight against SBW, who most people would tip to smash Aloiai into next Tuesday. Love him or hate him, Gallen has proven himself to be one tough hombre. All Josh has achieved is a moderately successful FG career that’s been littered with injuries and ill discipline.

Haha is this serious? Who in their right mind would tip SBW to smash Aloiai?? SBW had a terrible boxing career stat padding against complete bums until he got knocked out by a 50 year old Mark Hunt. Josh A would wipe the floor with him if he was half decent in the amateurs like people say.

You call Gallen’s fights professional? Come on mate all he’s done is fought has been. The one fight he got done in was against a pro who knocked him senseless!

Yep. And you can't force someone to retire if they don't want to. I think he's only 29, not that old for NRL these days.
Most medical retirements have been older players I think

Not asking you to disclose your source or doubting you......this is more said out of hope...but are you saying this as fact as in, you are in the know or is it more read somewhere or heard from someone who knows someone?

I'm just desperately hoping its the latter.

I give this club more lattitude and faith then I should and they just keep making it difficult to kerp showing up.

Where is the WTF emoji? If it happens, surely Seibold, Penn & Mestrov are just confirming that they have already given up on 2026 and now are just taking the piss? I guess it shouldn't be a surprise as Klemmer fits our recruitment criteria ...... cheap, over 30 and over the hill. On second thoughts he fits us perfectly what am I thinking?

Doesn’t matter what the purpose is of his signing,eventually he’d end up being a starting prop,like all the minimum wage plodders theyve signed

However , if it’s as a Sipley replacement , on less money , then it’s “ sort of “ ,

Nah **** that , spend the money on a young gun who can’t get a run somewhere else, he might at least have upside .
