I don’t think any of us are all that excited we’re still deflated from the Thursday night referee carve up.

A lot of relief though.

This is the difference between a good, well coached team, and an average team.

And just remember, five games this year we have lost after giving up an at least 12 point lead. Those 5 wins, 10 points, would have us outright 2nd only 1 point behind Melbourne......

We're nowhere near being at our very best. I love that we're likely to play Finals, but given our current defensive game I see us being nothing more than cannon fodder. We'll be making up the numbers unless there is a massive attitude shift over the next month.

Storm are a well disciplined team, they don’t give away any leg ups, it helps when the senior players standup and control the game and don’t go MIA in loosing their voice.

There is a big difference in the ruck on how Grant gets the forwards rolling and controls the tempo.

This win by Melbourne actually guarantees Manly plays Finals in 2024. At worst we can only drop to 8th even if we lose to the Dogs next week and Sharks in the last round.
