They look well coached.

Ryles was a dope as a player but ill say this he has made some brave calls very early on and backed himself to turn it around with a squad focused on speed and youth that not many coaches would have.

Like he got rid of Gutho who most thought was heart and soul over there with no credits in the bank.

Bought in Iongi who looks to be a future QLD SOO FB in 4 or 5 years time.

RCG was moved on and look at last night the Parra boys basically showed they werent missing him either.

While we have a slug in Jurbo & they have recruited Dylan Walker playing the roving middle 14 role and is one of the best in the comp.

I wish he played that well here

An understrength team with mostly rookie players Parra overachieved under Ryles .
The eels did look well coached after only half a season with the New Ryles coaching style .

I know that we all see different thing but I am not sure how you had seen Ryles as a dopy player ?
Ryles played for NSW and Australia . He was also signed by Bellamy and was part of their 2012 premiership winning team .

Des's Titans again were consistently inconsistent . They chaotically fell apart once again.
After two off seasons and 18 months of NRL games under the Declining Des the Titans have gone backwards .
Long ago Des was a Miracle winning worker
It will now take a Miracle for Des to Survive his tenure at the Titans

I agree although i reckon walker was making a pretty good fist of that role at Manly before he left.
