All NRL Games [Round 14, 2025]

Other clubs might have cut him after last year. It’s an unpopular opinion, but I’m a big believer in coaching stability unless it’s clearly untenable to continue with the existing coach.
Oddly enough, that dip in form last year (after Johnson's stellar year the season before) is one of the reasons I'm convinced they can go all the way. For a lot of teams (Exhibit A: The Broncos, Exhibit B: The Eels, Exhibit C: Probably Manly), once they start going backwards, they stay going backwards. Webster's ability to get over that hump and get them back on track is really impressive. Poor old Seibs, on the other hand, is mostly all hump so far.

They also have young players like Metcalf and Halasima starting to come into their own. Throw in veterans like JFH, Capewell and RTS - who all know what it takes to win a comp - and you've got a good mix. Even without Barnett, I reckon they can get the job done.

Erin Clark wasn’t really setting the world on fire at the Titans, but his form has improved dramatically since moving back home. Probably the outcome of being around family and friends.
Yeah, I noticed his improvement at the start of the year, but it's great to see he's kept it going. He's been amazingly good for them. Up there in the "Buy of the Year" stakes for mine.

If Manly don’t win this year (and we are 100/1 if we are being honest with ourselves), it would be fantastic for the Wahs to win.

I like your rationale for why you think they can go all the way. Nothing like a bit of adversity to form strong bonds, but also the strong mix of experience and youth coming through as you point out. For me, I rate Barnett so highly and thing he will be sorely missed at the back end. But who knows!

Erin Clark got sick of carrying the Titans forwards last year (played all 24 games, averaging 100 metres and 22 tackles a game (only 14 missed tackles all season!).
He’s brought that form to a very good side.
How good is Capewell. You can throw him in anywhere to cover, and he does a job for you.

Holy crap Ennis is a moron, giving all the credit for that try to Walsh. Even as his story is being proven false on the replay🤦🏻‍♂️

From what I’ve seen so far, all teams out of the top four, can alternate between being great, and sucking. Absolutely including Manly of course.
Probably excluding the Titans.
Broncos win by 30, they leapfrog us on the ladder, but also, Cowboys are really behind us and Raiders are top of the ladder.
