to be honest, he is better than Levi at hooker. Levi is crap. If he could get his skills, fitness and concentration to play hooker, he would be a good hooker and backup if Gangsta Fainu ever plays footy again.

I don't get that reasoning. He's either passed fit or he's not. A player with a niggling injury might be spared in slippery conditions but not a young powerhouse who has passed every fitness test. (I could be wrong, just seems odd to me)

Three tries or we buuuuuurrrrrrrnnnnn him (I would think it would take 6 - 8 games considering there has been no lower league etc)

Yep agree Bear. I’m just not sure about his first game in the wet, off injury against a team we must beat if we are any chance of finals. Maybe a spot on the wing but I wouldn’t put him at FB for this one. Des won’t either.

At least Young Hoppa is finally in the mix , guess much will depend on how Jorge , Elliot and possibly Funa go in the next couple of games . Still would like to have him re signed with out too much more delay but who really knows what goes on behind the scenes .

Yeah, since he's come back to Manly, Des rarely picks youngsters to make their NRL debut (only exceptions I can think of, Waddell, Garrick, Keppie, Olakau'Atu, Cust and Funa).
