Trouble is getting them recruited to Manly's juniors doesnt seem to have been a problem for our recruitment people in the last few years. Its getting them into first grade that has become the great botte neck in the past several years A coach like Cleary would have been some of our up and comers entrenched in first grade long ago and they would have got the game experience they needed.
