5/8 next week?

I’m pretty sure Marty Tapau will be 5/8 next week.

Des sent out word that he will be starting there next week leading to Marty taking over kicking duties late in the second half.

He was seen practicing his 40/20s after the game had finished also in a sure fire sign he will kick plenty next week.

When was Walker expected back ? If he is available next week , no doubt will revert back to 6 but if not and the Croker - Levi arrangement unlikely to change , maybe Metcalfe will come into the frame . Focus of course to still be on trying to finish the season with a winning intent and Titans halves Taylor and Fogaty are no slouches but if Walker is still unavailable , Metcalfe would be one of the few options still left . Wonder if Docker - Clay still trains with the main squad . Cust was quite ordinary last night [ even though he always seems willing ] so Medcalfe even if a bit underdone would be at least on par plus he does have a bit of an x factor with his speed . Guess that it will revolve around Walker being available again but if not ,. Metcalfe could finally get an opportunity at 6 .

How do you know if metcalf is worth keeping if you don't see what he can do?
As our season is over, no-brainer to play him. But sadly, don't think it will happen.
