How did you guys end up with a disk of the game?

There used to be a dude on one of the old forums who would bootleg them for a fee. Mind you, he never mentioned that this one was taken from one stationery camera at the back of the JT stand and had no audio!

He might still be around here?

My three best moments;

1) 40 - nil and going to the grand final, going to the players after party, walked out of the Leagues Club, pissed as a parrot at 7am walking to Brookie for the nudie run.

2) Grand final against the shark in the replay, waging school to go with mate, getting caught by the deputy principal for my high school who happened to be seated 2 rows behind us, getting the can the next day. Graham Eadie getting named MOM and upon hearing kicks a field goal. The next afternoon the Daily Mirror with the cartoonist drawing a Sea Eagle resting on a rock enjoying eating a shark and waving the skeleton in the air

3) Manly - Newtown all in brawl - at every player reunion (Manly or otherwise) every man reckons it was the best game ever.

Personally another fav is Brett Stewart running in to help his brother against that Melb scum, was at the game - it was awesome! (in a very politically incorrect way.

I'm glad we got to paste St George 61-0 and beat them in a GF before they folded

Apart from 40-0 this was close to my fav ever game to watch live

I was at this game, it was a packed Brooky hill that day as we shredded the Dragqueens in a massive way. If my memory serves me correct, Cliffy carved them up at will, don't forget that the Dragqueens made the last 2 grand finals and it was the start of a fantastic Manly team that made a few grand finals after that season and again we got the better of the Dragons in 96 which was amazing!
