Man I love Brian To’o. Right from the get-go he is just so reliable. When the Panthers went to shiit midway through the game, To’o just kept making the hard yards. Eventually dragging the Panthers back into top form. Then the ice-man takes over, and away they go.

Seen plenty of those, most look a bit forward, maybe it's the camera angle. Wish they'd show the pass from the view of the sideline.

I love when the bunker and the ref try and gaslight everyone into Luke garner running on the outside shoulder when he clearly ran on the inside shoulder also we would of got a send off if one of our players tackled luai late like talakai did, Mitch Kenny did make a few blunders tonight too, I think Grant will test that next week.

I think basing off the season overall, I've got panfers winning the GF but from semi finals performance, I think storm had the best performance. Storms spine was super connected last night, penriff were a bit off tonight but panfers can turn it on like no other team and you blink and you miss it, they can't do it without Cleary though imo.

It really makes me wonder what has happened to the NRL in recent years, these two teams just seems to be that next level above the rest and there is quite a few teams, 10-15 years ago there was such a diverse and competitive playing field

My view from replaying it a few times was that when Cleary passed the ball his feet were behind a line and the receiver appeared well in front of that line but balls do drift forward?? If it was Manly defending and that happened I'd be a bit more upset.

These two teams are the next level above the others and deserve to be because they have the Top People in their organisation
It is not coincident or conspiracy
They are the Cream of the Crop
and The Cream always Rises to the Top

I think the insider loop holes around the cap have become more and more apparent to certain teams in the comp as the years tick over. Those are the teams that are able and willing to utilise it. I don’t think it is so easy for most teams to do what those top teams are doing and will take a long time and significant investment to make it happen for all other teams

Every other team is filling their squad with giants whereas the panthers go with 'normal' sized people who are all extremely fit and conditioned.

The top team in the last 4-5 years have shed the most talent due to the cap and have the most local juniors in their roster. I don’t see how salary cap loop holes apply to them. I get that’s it monotonous and boring but if ever there were legitimate champions, it’s this current Penrith outfit. They’ve done it off the back of a strong junior nursery and don’t miss a beat when the cap bites and they lose talent.

I’m sick to death of them but fair play. The Chooks on the other hand…
