I was at the Storm Raiders game and geez Panthers or Rabbits are gonna have to be good to beat Storm cos they were clinical. What really stood out is the width they play with, Addo Carr positions himself right on the sideline the whole game and its no wonder he gets so many opportunities in space... Raiders defence were 20m infield all night.

No way!! We'll see. Panthers won't bomb the tries like Canberra did tonight. They haven't lost 1 game all year for a reason.

I hope you are right and I will be supporting them that is penrith it sickens me to think that scum smith will go out a winner. You know as well if it is his last game he can do all the dirty tactics he wants.

Then again if the Raiders start well then that match falls into a grind and as we saw from the game tonight it was 10-6 after the Storm's opening 20 minutes in favour of the Raiders (who were playing like donkeys). Im death-riding them hard but if the Panthers (or I suppose Rabbits) start ok against them, the storm are much more vulnerable in a grinding contest and will have to rely on individual brilliance. Penrith, on the other hand, are more of a team-unit and believe they'll start well against the storm

The thing that will help either Penrith/ Souths have a show will be the kicking game....Cleary has been pinpoint and along with Reynolds the best 2 kickers in the game.
Will help both field position and possession, which Canberra unfortunately lacked tonight.
Also hope the refs grab Storm just a little in defence...line speed is 1 thing, but to constantly shoot up 2-3 metres every time before the ball is played really takes away attacking momentum.

Tonight's match wasn't much of a contest. I think it will be a better GF preparation if Penrith (hopefully) win a hard fought battle over Souths tomorrow night.
