Penrith Panthers have moved on following the departure of former skipper Matt Moylan by announcing the re-signing of promising fullback Dylan Edwards on a long-term deal.

With Edwards already contracted to the club for 2018, the two-year extension will keep the 21-year-old at the club until at least the end of 2020.

A Dorrigo junior, Edwards burst onto the scene in 2017, averaging 180 metres per game in the No.1 jersey. That allowed Moylan to switch into five-eighth, sparking a mid-season revival as the Panthers surged into the finals.

The radio rights for the game are rumoured to get a small shake up.
Whilst the same 2 boring, disinterested stations will keep their rights to call, even though one hasn't called a game from a ground in years and the other switches to the aerial ping pong, a 3rd player looks likely to get a slice.
According to bsb this morning 2sm, super radio network, will be calling games with the new contract.
Hopefully regional stations will be able to receive the calls which the others can't provide.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have today granted five-eighth Blake Green an immediate release from the final year of his contract.
Green, 31, was contracted to the Sea Eagles for the 2018 season after joining the Club this year from the Melbourne Storm.

According to Booze Rothchild on 360 Jarryd Hayne has signed with the slime.
However it won't be announced till January so he can receive 2 payments of 90k on his current contract with the tits before years end.
Yep.
Sounds like the ethical business standards both him and the parasites would adhere to.
The grubs deserve each other.

And according to Paul Kent on 360 the NRL will look into Maloney's deal with the riff.
Apparently Maloney let the cat out of the bag on the club setting up a TPA.
A 200k keno deal is in jeopardy.

MANLY RE-SIGNING PROMISING YOUNGSTER

Put the name Tom Wright in your little black book.

While you might not know the name, Manly fans sure do and that’s why the Sea Eagles have wasted little time extending the young gun’s contract.

A star of the NYC, Wright has inked a one-year extension.

While playing five-eighth for much of his 20s career, Wright will spend the pre-season training in the centres with a push for a round one NRL start.

Also able to play fullback, Wright was a standout in the 20s premiership-winning side with his agility and speed wreaking havoc on the opposition.

Trent Barrett is a big fan of Wright.

He was one of his first signings since taking over as Sea Eagles coach, recruiting Wright from schoolboy rugby.

The new deal keeps him locked into the Sea Eagles until the end of 2019.
SPEED KILLS !!!
