2017 Rugby League World Cup

Oh how good is this cr@p tournament. Another team will break 40 maybe 60....Opposition will score next to nothing and another chance of an injury. Currently winners average score at 38 to 7,...wow
Really is this thing worth it

Tonga still has Jorge missing too.

You can see how much they love playing together, and there is no expectation like that on the Kiwis

Big, fast and talent to spare

Wonder if Mr perfect would question Fifita's decision to play for Tonga if Fifita was a queenslander...
Doubtful !!
I just watched Scam and Cronk rip into Fifi for defecting in the pre match.😎

Now we know that Chez has no chance of Rep footy whilst those with a 'Holyer Than Thou' attitude are around @

Cronk's pathetic 'will he or won't he' charade is disrespectful to the whole of the NRL.
He knew for a year that he was moving to Sydney, but is yet to sign anywhere :swear: #PreciousPrincess

Here's my take on the tournament so far for what it's worth:
Best performance: Kiwi's
Best player: Klemmer or Taumololo
Best match: Lebanon v France
Surprise packet: *France
Best ref: Dare I say it.....
Grant Atkins.
There, I've amused myself.
*Rated before end game. They are just playing tougher than I thought.

Lebs v frogs was a cracker good quality game. French threw it away there young half’s need to take chance to pop field goal over in 73rd minute.
There a big gap from sides with superleague/championship filled test sides to nrl filled teams. Way it looks the last 8 is Aussies, fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Ireland, png, England, Lebanon.

Yeah just watching the end of the replay now.
A bit of Phil Blake from Moses, who's still a complete prick at any level, with the chip and chase.
How much fun did the crowd have....
France were really impressive.
I thought they would be appalling but played tough and seem really well coached with their number 6 a standout.
Great game, great to see.

Channel Seven reports the players were out drinking in Cairns following their shock 36-12 loss to Ireland when Tedesco was king hit by Azzuri teammate Shannon Wakeman.
It's understood Wakeman thought Tedesco had propositioned his girlfriend - a claim the star Roosters recruit has denied to team management.

The Huddersfield prop allegedly punched Tedesco, sparking a melee with other Italian players in the bar.
