2017 Rugby League World Cup

Amazing game. Surprised the Poms were up for it. Bennett's tactics seemingly if you can't beat 'em bash 'em - almost worked.

Heard the commentator say that, but I think they might have been booing the replay of Chambers dropped ball because Burgess got him on the chin

Really disappointed in Sam in the final minute tonight, Slater and Cronk being themselves, a left and a right from Sam would have seen them flat on their back and made Sam an immortal
 
Boring average quality game, Australia's forward pack is one of the weakest i have seen along with the outside backs.

On top of that Smith and Cronk didn't really stand out like they do in structured quality club play throughout the WC, didn't enjoy the level at which Australia played at.

Still was good to see the emerging nations offering extra power and footwork closing the gap---while the top teams are not as strong as past. (Bottom is improving top is coming back to the pack)
