2 sets of 3 brothers

Unpopular opinion, but I’m glad to see the back of them.

Manase ****ed his life up doing dumb gangsta **** when he had the opportunity of a lifetime on a platter in front of him, & Manly believed his claim of innocence & stood by the whole family through thick & thin, throwing money at them & paying to move them all to Elanora Heights, only to find out Manase lied to them & then the brothers dropped the club like a hot brick as soon as the NRL deregistered him & the Manly money tap was turned off.

I personally think they’re a bunch of thugs, so no great loss IMO.

Maybe a bit of credit for the Manly mid field defence against the Tigers and specifically containing Latu and Samual
Not the most organized of attacks to contend with but Latu in particular capable of some fairly incisive running .

More history
It was a historic afternoon, with Fainu brothers Samuela, Latu and Sione becoming the first trio of brothers in NRL history to all score tries for the same team in the same game.
But before that history there were the Mortimers I think.

Good to see they played well the week after we played them.
