I dont know @robbiea I think we will finish top eight this season. A lot of people are righting off our forwards, but I can see Condon, Tuilagi and Bullemore all stepping up for us this year. Go Manly.

Good article in Tomorrow’s Tele. Apparently Spud contacted Seibs asking if he needed a hand with the forwards. So he has been training them at his gym and they have been ripping in. I’m expecting a different forward pack this year

Beyond Manly, the Dolphins have a trial today so footy is officially back
Enjoyed watching it when they got their stream sorted. Mason Teague, Valance Te Whare, Jack Bostock all played really well. Didn't see much of Isaiya Katoa but he went ok as well.

Ah @Jerry1 ............every time I see your avatar the following pops into my head:

The Sweeney's doing 90 'cause they've got the word to go
To get a gang of villains in a shed up at Heathrow

The season hasn't started yet; we can't be thinking about the spoon, or we'll have to send the lads around to sort it out...... ;)
And by the time Jerry’s sober he’s forgotten what he’s written,
And everybody tells him that it's cool to be a kitten.

I reckon without Koroisau Penrith might struggle, he won a few for them last season, he was a major reason for them going back to back

Agreed @eagleron It will definitely bring them back to the field this season. However, I can't see any other team "yet", that stands out as going past them in 2023 either. We could be in for a much closer comp this year.

This is my ladder predictor for 2023! I have a really good feeling that we'll be back in the top 8 where we belong this season, as long as the injury gods are on our side!

Interesting take @KNUCKLES , But I just can't see the Bulldogs or the Broncos finishing in front of MWSE this season. Time will tell though. Our first-round match against the Bulldogs is very important for us, particularly being at Brookie.

I think if Reynolds can stay on the field I think the Broncos can rattle a few top teams. Carrigan, Farnworth, Staggs, Walsh, Cobbo, Riki, Flegler, Haas etc have been around a few years but haven't hit their full potential yet. It's only a matter of time in my opinion

I agree with your top 8 but not necessarily in that order.
