Hard to know what is going on but seems to be a case of smoke and fire. There was always a thought that Seibs lived in 'leadership books' where he preached a theory on how to lead and manage high performing teams. Got to balance the side my man. There are no easy decisions in this. Too much cash tied up in the backs . I think we need to rebalance the team’s $$ allocation (from backs to forwards) to be competitive. Doesn’t need to be Koula. But needs to be someone- bringbackbeaver

Some fair points in this but he also has made a number of decisions which people are entitled to question. You could also argue the lack of respect shown by DCE to announce his career plans on national TV shows a massive lack of respect for Seibold. Our hooker for 2026
Croker is tough and he’s a leader but he doesn’t offer any threat out of dummy half. I don’t agree he’s an imposing defender. He’s solid , makes his tackles but he doesn’t turn games with his D. Turbo needs to fight his way through the next 18 months and then give it away. Bitterly disappointing for all Manly fans but it is what it is.
